This week let’s… Start your day with a walk outside

EN.Since the start of the year we have been talking about good habits to improve our health and happiness in this section. Last week the post was about trying new activities as workout and this week we continue talking about how to make sure we do enough activity to our days.

Miaus, if you like me have days when you are sit for 12 hours or others simply you run to everywhere without any time to take a rest but you are also looking how to live better I can tell you that in the end is all about to find a moment for yourself, for your body and your mind and why not do to so with a nice walk outside every morning? I mean, I do not have any problem with treadmill but why not to take at least 20 minutes to take fresh air, talk to yourself while walking around your home or your work? If you try this by the morning you’ll make sure that no matter how busy you are or how busy your day is, at least you did a little bit of exercise.

This may not work for those ones that prefer to go to the gym or to their yoga class but at least this works for me when I’m super busy and I know I’m not going to make it to the gym so I hope you find this advice useful.

For me is sometimes difficult to appreciate how important is to pay attention to my body but it is and every action counts to keep your body healthy <3.

ES.Desde el inicio del año hemos estado hablado de buenos habitos para mejorar nuestra salud y felicidad en esta seccion. La semana pasada el post se trato de intentar nuevas actividades como ejercicio y esta semana continuamos con el tema para asegurarnos de que tenemos sufienciente actividad en nuestros dias.

Miaus, si como yo tienen dias en los que pasan 12 horas sentad@s pero otros simplemente corren a todas partes sin tiempo para tomar un descanso pero pero ademas buscas una forma de vivir mejor puedo decirte que al final se trata de encontrar un momento para ti mism@, para tu cuerpo y tu mente y porque no hacerlo con una buena caminata por las mañanas? Quiero decir que no tengo problemas con las caminadoras pero porque no tomar al menos 20 minutos para tomar aire fresco, hablar contigo misma mientras caminas por tu casa o tu trabajo? Si intentas esto por la mañana te aseguras de que no importa que tan ocupado sea tu dia al menos habras hecho un poco de ejercicio.

Esto quizas no les funcione a los que prefieren el gimnasio o su clase de yoga pero al menos me funciona a mi cuando esoty super ocupada y se que no llegare al gimnacio por lo que espero que este consjo tambien les sea util a ustedes.

Para mi es dificil algunas veces apreciar lo importante que es poner atencion a mi cuerpo pero lo es y cada accion cuenta cuando se trata de mantener tu cuerpo saludable <3.
